Tyler and I did this one as a prep workout for this Saturday's 5k. We did them at 5k RP with just a minute rest. I didn't feel bad at all but didn't necessarily feel the spring in my legs on this one. Splits were 2:24 2:24 2:24 2:24 2:23 2:23
