slightly disappointing 3k but still decent, though a good time is no substitute for victory, good race Mark. clipped by a Houghton runner at 650meters of the 800 and fell, DNFed at 700 meters. wasn't gonna be as quick as I thought I could anyway, even post-3k, probably 2:07.x.
Spikes feel great.
