Decided to DIET from running, in case I jimmy'd the heel. Didn't feel too bad during the day, but biked anyway.

Did the Onalaska loop. Windy and so-so temps -- warm enough for a t-shirt, but not too warm. Felt VERY TIRED beforehand but the bike went really well.

Circuits afterwards. Went to Billy's track meet in Baldwin after that. Weather was getting shitty AGAIN -- very windy and cool. Went home after his 110H and LJ.
