Comments:
warmup of 1 3/4 through green acres and back to the track for a few laps...
then we did 1600..1200..800..400 meters, with 5..4...and 3 minute recoveries in between.
target times were from 6:00-6:20...4:30-4:50
3:00-3:15 and sub 90 seconds for the 400
good solid workout, for our first speed session in awhile...
35 degrees..good evening for the workout. cooldown of 10 minutes
