Took yesterday off. 1st day off in 4 weeks. I felt like it was necessary, plus it gave my blister some time to heal. Blister wasn't much of an issue today.

8 x 1000 on indoor track all around 3:19-3:20 (5:20/mile pace)
1 minute rest

Felt nice and easy, lifting afterward kinda crushed my legs though.
