CD treadmill, stretch

morning workout because I'm busy this afternoon. definitely sore from the past two days which kinda left me hesitant at the beginning but the workout went well concerning splits, just really tired. 800s were at 15:38 pace, then CoachL had Robert and I drop to "sub 70s and sub 35s because that will happen on Saturday." Worked out well.
