Comments:
Ran from the house, intending to run "long", but decided on a far-away Ridgeline and stayed close to home: Hendricks.
Ran there w/my water bottle filled -- first training run w/bottle! -- and did a series of hill loops -- up on trail, then bombing down the roads -- a good 700-800 feet of gain/loss. Did this 3 times, then ran home. A solid 12mi, I think. Felt GOOD! :)
