Tough Towers Workout

Weather: Actually it was pretty nice out

Comments:
Tough workout at Towers which was 8x830m intervals with two mins. rest starting at the wooden plank, going all the way to the Sattelite Dish, and then coming back towards the start. Workout was suppoded to help with hill resistance cause you kind of start on a small uphill, go down a downhill, come back up a uphill, and then finish on a slght downhill. Felt fine for about the first 400m of each interval, till we had to surge up the uphill. Just didn't have enough in me to stick with Roni, Sean, Ishan, and Alex for the last 400m so I just tried to maintain a five second gap at the least. Definitely one of the most physically and mentlaly tiring workouts I have done, but in the end it was worth it so it is all good.
