10 min stationary bike, 2*15 P Ball Squats, 3*Lat Band Walk, 3*Forward Lunge, 2*10ea 4-way kick, lift, 10 min ice.
Had to make sure I did not set off the fun-o-meter in the training room because rehab is awesome.
