Comments:
I was awfully sore and was full of aches today for some reason...but after I got moving for a while it was better. Hopefully rest will get my legs feeling good for sat. I ran 10 around north side, the cemetery, and up e overlook and back. Then 5 striders on the track and abs hips biking and icing.
