The last major workout of the season and my legs have never felt worse in my life, literally could NOT run fast. Soooooo lethargic and tired. Only person I beat on a consistent basis was chris carter and drew.......what the fuck. Really made me angry that I couldnt do this workout to full potential. 4x400, 4x300, 4x200, 4x100 with recovery jogs in between. No more squats and stuff, gonna try and catch up n some sleep too. I will never have a day like that again, a complete waste. Taking off saturday and sunday to get fresh for Championships. Need to go sub 5 and I really win, but with 3 kids who have already gone sub 5.....gonna be tough.
