Saw Thea and The Kid come into the cardio room, listened to Muse, didn't feel like my legs were as fresh this week, ended up being a comparable workout though, HR profile: 1/2: 148, 3/4: 158, 7/8: 161, before the cooldown: 164, stretch, 16 Bear, butt exercises.
