Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmup to greenbelt west... Then up tempo for 1.4 miles or so. 7:00-7:15 pace... Easy jog of 3/4-1 mile.. Back to uptempo in the opposite direction same distance. Most of the girls stayed under 7 minute pace during this section.. Cooldown back to school.. The girls did a great with this tempo run today covering almost 3 miles in 20 minutes and change
