Ran 3x campus loops. Worked 6 x 100m strides into the last one at what felt like mile pace or better. Felt pretty good, thought some about tomorrow's race but not too much. Went to the Village for pasta and the Millrose games afterwards- saw my first sub-four live, wish Lagat could've gotten the guy who won. Oh well.

It all comes out on the track tomorrow. I have to keep my head in the game and get out there. Shooting for sub 4:50, planning to hold 35's for as long as possible but not worried if I'm faster than pace for the first few laps. Going to bed early to keep open the possibility of a different warm-up strategy. More on everything tomorrow.

Sleep: 8.5 hrs.
RHR: 44 (Probably a good sign)
