easy run with hill repeats

Started off warmup on outer loop, snowy, had to avoid cars a little bit, they hammered, added on a little bit towards transfer but didnt even get to stop sign and than went to bus stop area, did some light drills and stretches
8x8 sec hills
ran them between 4:30-4:50 pace, :) I love hills
Went down poplar from there, into arbutus, towards walmart, 20 out 20 back...
maybe averaged like 8:10 pace, happy with it, felt good wasnt pushing, shoes are worrying me a little, we'll see what happens
