Comments:
i needed this to be a good run and it was, evrything was perfect, the weather included....so nice out, my past 2 runs had been really shitty, within 2 steps it felt like i was out of breath and it kind of put me in a bad mood the last couple of days, this run got me positive and going in the right direction
