4 sets of 20 walking lunges 30lbs, 30lbs, 25lbs, 20lbs
4 sets of dumbell shoulders - 30, 35, 40, 45 x 12-10
3 sets of pull ups, 8,8,6
4 sets of abs, exercise ball 20 reps
Overall felt strong, upper body at least. The lunges were harder than I thought they should be. Started to get weak fast after the 4 round. Took a long time to recover and cool down back to normal.
