Weather: Sunny and cool

Comments:
Lost it around mile 9. Not sure of why. Maybe the sun, dehydration, hills, or some combination. Jogged and walked most of the last 5 miles which sent the pace up from sub 9 to nearly 10 minute miles. Thankfully the next marathon is a flat one as it did seem like the hills were the biggest challenge. Drank about 60/10. Gel at 5.5, 9.5 & 14. Lots of cramps on the last 3 miles. Will need a good confidence boosting long run next weekend.
