Crisp Morning, Poor Footing

January 31, 2011 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Sunny, windy, and cold

Comments:
Veale, Murray Hill, Mayfield, Mather Quad, MLK
Resting HR: 56. Sleep: 6.5 hr.
Drilled (Kamalsky) with Grogan and then went down to MLK by myself, ran into Carter on my way out the door, always enjoying smelling Little Italy on the warmup

MLK, E72 to St. Clair and back
2 * 20 min sustained effort w/3 min recovery, the footing on the MLK path was pretty poor, along with the wind and sore legs, I was hitting about 6:15 pace, once I hit the lake and took to the streets, my pace improved significantly, slight negative split, ran past the end of MLK up E105 for about 50 - 100m, mostly because the wind was at my back, also tough being by myself, give this workout a B

MLK, Mather Quad, Mayfield, Murray Hill, Veale
Jogged back to Veale, had to say "On your left" frequently, saw a goth/emo chick walking down on Euclid, thought that she might be a good one for Grogan, lift, Static 2, 2 *15 nEagle with Grogan
