Comments:
2.5 warm-up. Steady state around 6:03 pace on the treadmill for 40 minutes with 3 minutes splitting each 20 minute interval. Good workout. My legs felt ok bcasue of the pace. Unfortunately, Mr. Diles made me put my shirt on which was a bit frustrating but its all good! 3 sets of lifting!...aka exhaustion. 2.5 cool-down. Abs, hips, stretching, icing, rolling.
