2mi warm up, 5mi @ tempo, 1mi cooldown. manchaca/lamar. i needed a run like this after suffering through an exhausting monday, after an exhausting weekend, after an exhausting week. threw on my fastest shorts and flats and took off shirtless for some therapy. just what the doctor ordered.
