Split Steady state tempo thing

Comments:
Ran a split steady state workout today. Did it on the treadmill for a couple reasons. For one the roads were kinda bad, also I tend to run too fast effortwise on theses things, and CoachL said I had no other choice. I wouldn't have chosen anything anyway. So we did the Kamulsky drill series and then I headed up to the cardio room.
The place was packed but I picked up Corey Williams's treadmill right after he got off. Bathroom break after the warmup was kinda scary becasue I thought my teadmill might get taken but it didn't so it went okay. Ran the 20 minute segment with 10 min at 5:40 pace and 10 min at 5:30. Felt pretty good. During the rest I had to fend off this lady who tried to take my mill:(
For the last 10 min segment I did 5 min at 5:30 and 5 min at 5:25.
Felt nice and comfortable the whole time. My legs are a little tired I can feel from the race Saturday and long arobic Sunday but my cardio was fine. Really good workout for me. I took my heart rate at the end just to make sure things were good and it was like 160 to 170 so I'm happy with my effort level.
Got kicked out of Veale track and courts by the baseball which kinda sucked since no one knew about it. So had to stretch and do core in the training room.
