Comments:
Had a great breakfast today. Bacon was the best, and the potatoes were solid. The big breakfast may have hindered my run a little, but it doesnt matter, I still wasn't awful.

Treadmill steady state, 20 minutes on (10.3-10.4 mph) 3 minute rest, 10 minutes on (10.5-10.6 mph) with a 1% incline
