Weather: 50s, nice/clear

Comments:
200 repeats w/Maggie. Easy 1.5mi warm-up, then 4x200 w/full walk rest: 37, 36, NT, 33. Pretty awesome. She was really smooth...and so was I! Felt great to run fast. 0.5 mi cooldown, then to work to shower, then to PDX.

Fun night: went to Apex pub (new, 40+ taps), then Burgerville, then Voodoo before the hotel! Bomb. :)
