3:30p; 8miles on the treadmill @ 8.0mph then 2miles on the track. a little earlier than I planned on running to give time between the double, but Tim, Mark, Wyatt, Aaron were all in there at tha time so I bit the bullet. ran slower because of running faster this morning and because of the morning workout tomorrow.

then stretch, 8*abs*30, 2*8*Sly's hurdles. thanks Ben for telling me to get my ass over to the hurdles and do work.
