Comments:
Very weak. Bad news after a weak and depleting effort on Sunday. Was planning on a 10 mile loop, but just didn't have it. This is supposed to be the peak mile week, but I feel a bit broken down by the many miles in the past months. Will aim for a treadmill run at parent's this evening and something tomorrow. The taper begins next week.
