CD treadmill. stretch, ibis*30, stick roll, 10'ice bath.
thought this workout was gonna be brutal, and it was but Robert and I survived. focused on relaxing on the 2:30 800s and working the 2:20 800s. about lost my breakfast on the 4th 800, don't know what that was about.
talked about attack mode which I guess Coach is impressed with mine but I disagree. even though on the last 800 I was reliving the noise and insanity of the spectators at the end of the CMU 5k, I could still only close the 2:18.4 in :33.x, a similar effort to 4 days ago. I need to be able to close ANYTHING under 31.0. Any workout, any race. 20 miles yesterday is a shitty excuse for not being able to do that.
