Talked with Rubin and Lanese about my job after graduation and picked up my new pair of Adrenalines, which arrived sooner than I anticipated, warmed up outside while Carter stayed in, saw a tabby cat in Little Italy, Medium

Veale Track
4 * 200m @ race pace w/200m recovery, 2 * 400m @ 3 sec faster than race pace w/400m recovery, 6 * 800m w/400m recovery, with Carter, great workout, took turns leading intervals, Carter passed me on the last 800, need to learn how to go into attack mode, my splits were slightly slower than what Coach called out: 37, 36, 36, 36, 70, 71, 2:32, 2:23, 2:34, 2:23, 2:35, 2:21.
