We did 2x800 then 10min tempo around 6:45 pace then 4x400. I felt good. my 800 was 2:24/2:25 so not bad. and the 400s were 66 66 69 68. So I slowed down a big but not bad. I felt good. Stretched. Did abs.overall good. We had a guest speaker today.
