Comments:
1 mile WU, felt ok, but randal and amir went mad quick, zach too.
did the hills, felt pretty good, no issues really, still have work to do on max velocity.
Randal came up with the stupid idea to go the frogger route... whatever... so hilly
averaged like 8:20 pace or something
