Hurdle drills

Got to veale a little late so I didn't do a warm up. Brooke and Carter were there. Went through all the first stuff felt fine. I was sore from yesterday but tried to stretch out and feel strong. Then we did some walkthroughs. Made it on 30 and 33 with walkthroughs then did jogs on the side. At the end we threw in actual run throughs at 33 and 36. We did both left and right. It felt so natural I could have done it all day. I'm excited. Very sore after though.

Did static 2. Planks and rolling and rope. Iced at fribs. I'll do hips back hammies after my short run thus afternoon.
