Comments:
a little over easy. On the treadmill in the village, 1.0 incline. Found a new TV show: the Royal Pains or something to that effect. Calves didn't tighten up on me at all which was nice. That's been a little annoying lately, especially on treadmills but today it was a non-issue. Looking forward to a relaxing Friday and a chance to make some steps forwards.
