Comments:
Hard workout today. A lot of fast stuff, everything was at mile pace or faster. Hung in there pretty well, at least for the longer stuff. The sprints got me pretty good. All in all a good day, my legs were freaking tired.
600(450 @ 60 400 pace minute rest 150 sprint)
400(1st 200 in 32, 2nd 200 in 28)
500(400 @ about 60, 1 minute rest, 100 sprint)
500(1st 300 in about 48 or so, last 200 in about 30)
400(Split 300/100 got dusted pretty good on this one, not sure of the splits)
600(first 400 in 67, last 200 in 32)
