"Easy" Day

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ideally an easy day hehe...but there was a lot to do.

3 sets of day 1 lifting. I tried using the black medicine ball for the first two sets which was a poor decision as now my quads have been annihilated.

then 10 minutes biking.

then a good 10 mile run. the weather was real nice. then quick stretching, icing before class.
