for three hours, forced myself to do cadence work.. lower gears, hold form and keep 90+

then got tired, hammered a big gear. 77 seems so comfortable. I am jan ulrich. Tidal Flats were beautiful, felt so good and the sun broke early afternoon and I threw in La Connor in the loop.
