Comments:
Ran inside on the treadmill. We did 2 x 20 minute tempo intervals. I started out at a pace of 9 MPH. But I picked it up 10 minutes in to 9.5. I felt good so on the second interval I put it to 10 MPH. It was a pretty decent workout. I was drenched in sweat by the end.
