WU to Veale then to cemetery via Euclid entrance
10*400m hills, jog down recovery
CD through northside then Veale
light abs, light stretch, light hips
busted my ass on the hills to exorcise the spirits from my system. my only problem is I was extremely dehydrated. the six of us lying down in the snow afterwards was clutch. Ben and Corey looked really good, and hopefully Robert gets over his foot issue quick.
