Comments:
Hill workout, 8 x 200 in the cemetery, then 1 x 400
Tough workout considering I had kind of a late night last night, but days like this are what I need to make my legs stronger. The steep section of the hill was rough. There's definitely a sense of satisfaction that I get when my legs are tired as hell after some hills.
