Weather: perfect weather

Comments:
First, we did the two mile loop at percieved race pace. I did it in 9:55. The course was not running fast today. It was actually very soft. We then did 4x1k at interval pace. Splits were 2:56, 2:50, 2:58, 2:54. Was kind of mad at myself for not pushing the two mile harder. The thousands felt great though. The second one was fast since it was downhill. And the third one was really slow. I actually ran that one faster than Maag. Overall, I pushed myself pretty hard this workout. It was a good day.
