Cemetery hills

Comments:
2.5 mile warm up, then 10 x 400 up pretty steep hill in the cemetery. It was a good workout! I was happy that with the last couple I was able to push it a bit more. About a 4 mile cool down I believe. Abs, hips, stretching, rolling.
