sunday swim

Got to Veale early again. Throwback weekend was in full swing and so was track practice so I got in easily. The music was playing in the new pool when I walked in, reminded me of rehab swimming with Sam P at IC when we were injured... Did 5 min kick, 30 min swim, 10 min kick. I was tired during the whole thing. Even though I got 10 hrs of sleep last night. This is all part of it though. Tim showed up in the middle too, but he was swimming pretty consistently.

After, went upstairs for hips back and hammies. I was pretty sore on these, but felt good after. Talked to David for a while, looks like next week is gonna be busy so I should plan out my workouts accordingly. Stretch and planks followed. Ill do L7 later before I go to be to rap up the day.
