Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i warmed up and my goal was to stick with cory for the race, and see if i could out kick him at the end. i got out pretty well, and stuck with him like i wanted to. then i passed him on the 6th lap, but i should have started kicking harder. he passed me back on the last lap, and i couldnt outkcik him, but i felt like i could have gotten him if i kicked sooner, cause i think i had more in me. the 4x800 went ok. we came in third. i ran a 2:06, finally getting a pr. we won sectionals and did a 5 min cooldown and abs.
