postoffice run today, not too long but i wanted long slow recovery. dang did it suck, and wow it was slow. legs totally tight and crappy from the meet, i need to stretch out much better after those things. in the final stretch for indoor now, class meet this friday then just jv states next wednesday. well seeh ow shit goes.
