Track is finally fully cleared, only about 15 people at practice haha. 1x500, 3x200, 3x40. 500 completely bullshitted it, only sprinted the back curve then everything else just cruised. Ran hard on the 200s and the 40s were pretty much a joke as I have no takeoff speed. Distance tomorrow and starting up strength training again. Legs felt alright actuallyyyy. Warmup was probably abuout 7:50 pace, cooldown was probably 8:30ish pace.
