With Tim, we originally planned on the cardio room, but it was too crowded, 15 min warmup, 6 * 3 min hard w/ 2 min recovery, 17 min cooldown, talked about the Superbowl and Batman, decent workout, hard to gauge effort without a HR monitor, stretch, 32 Ibis, 10 min ice, have to make the decision on whether or not to scratch from All-Ohio by noon tomorrow, would be an easier choice if Wade wasn't number 17.
