Comments:
ran up shaker for a long run with chris kelly at 1. he was going 16 but gladly volunteered to do 12 with me and add on after. i was happy for this because i probably would have cut it short had i been on my own. i can run on my own, but sometimes going longer on my own is a struggle, and after the workout yesterday, i was just tired overall. ended up being a really good run though. it may have been 12.5 or something according to chris. oh well.
