Comments:
had an interval workout on the track today. 4 by 800/200 then 600/200 then 400/200. felt really good. just stuck on chris and ethan for the 800/200's and then they let me lead the group for the 600/200 then on the 400/200 i just ran with carter. i was really relaxed, and to be honest i felt like i had another gear that i wasn't using. coach said she would rather see us go slower than faster so i held back and just sat with ethan and chris wade. pumped for friday's race, 5k again!
