Woke up this morning and my right ankle was really sore and kinda hurt. Must befrom the workout. It hurt walking around but was fine in the pool bdid 5 min warmup wkt one 20 min aqua jog. Wkt two then ten min underwater swim followed by5 min cooldown. Pretty standard
Back up stairs for hips back hammies. They felt pretty strong. Next I did static 2, planks with Flick and then some L7. Keep an eye on foot should be fine just a reaction to the stupid indoor track.
