Weather: Cold outside but nice in the gym!!

Can u say planks!!!! 5 min of level 10 on eliptical. ouch, would rather run in the cold and rain..lol. This winter ought to be fun.. I know a strong core = strong legs which = a good run (so runners world said) a little sore but well worth the time and effort. Chest and core workout with 3 scoops of N.O. Explode...hahaha
