Plan for the majority of this off season is to do alot of distance, gaining some aerobic strength and also alot of upper body/core/leg workouts. Almost like a prelude to the summer base training season. Nice and easy today with leonard til the last 1.5 miles or so, picked it up ever so slightly. Pretty annoying running through the park as only a very small percentage of it is not ice, had to slow down to almost walking alot, very annoying. Last half mile was on the track, opened up the stride hit it in 3:16, felt easy besides the damn 40mph winds. Afterwards 150,100,100,100 with equal amount of recovery in between. I refuse to take part in Greenhill's little cult.
